Responsibilities:
You will be part of our core management team, and fully own the product line, working with R&D, Platform and Data Science teams to plan, define and build the product while working closely with the customer facing teams.
- Analyse customers requirements and clearly translate them to product requirements that our UX designers and R&D engineers can design and develop
- Oversee the product delivery process and make sure it is impeccable
- Work and collaborate with relevant stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Professional Services, and others) to ensure best practice product specifications
- Monitor and analyse product usage and support marketing in pushing the product to the market
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding inside and outside the company
- Own the product lifecycle from start to finish
- Identify problems and opportunities and deliver solutions to our customers and partners
- Define the priorities of the product through understanding customers’ needs and company vision
- Create the product’s vision and to build the plan to achieve it through concrete milestones and versions
- Communicate product status internally and externally
- Research and understand key customers, market trends, upcoming opportunities and challenges
- Work with our customers directly: Talk to customers, listen to customers, delight customers, surprise customers
- Take full responsibility and ownership of the product features, from ideation to production and measurement
- Analyse and report on the performance of features in production, reflecting on success and identifying areas for continuous improvement
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements
- Drive product launches along with marketing, sales, and other product and project managers
Qualifications:
- 5 years experience (at least) as an Enterprise B2B SaaS/OnPrem Product Manager
- Technical experience in previous roles
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills (English and Hebrew)
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Experience in building analytics / dashboards / data visualization-based products – Advantage
- Experience with these domains: ERP Systems, Financial Systems, Process Mining, BI and Analytics – Advantage
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred. MBA – Advantage
- Ability to turn requirements, ideas and a vision into well processed and thought out documentation, presentations, and wireframes.
- Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with attention to detail and organizational skills
