Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Datricks is looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow revenue. This role collaborates closely with sales functions to identify, engage, qualify, and set up new business meetings with our ideal target audience. 

We are looking for someone to generate the flow of qualified leads.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Become an expert at using lead generation tools and techniques to generate lists of target prospect accounts
  • Qualify prospects based on their current business challenges and needs using targeted and relevant questions
  • Design and execute outbound campaigns using a variety of methods including calls, voice messages, emails, InMail, and Vidyards, to generate interest from our prospects
  • Schedule discovery calls for sales managers to achieve meeting & closed won KPIs
  • Implement sales development methodology to manage the outreach process
  • Exceed qualified lead/demos quota every month
  • Strive to continuously improve sales development processes and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices
  • Represent our company values, brand and mission

Top characteristics for our successful SDR:

  • Native English speaker – Must!
  • Ability to speak with CEOs, CFOs, VP Finance, Controllers, Auditors at early stage of the processes
  • Apply market knowledge and understand the customer’s business needs to provide value
  • Ability to identify the pain points and react with the right messaging to help companies gaining better results
  • Act as the internal team player that builds bridges and trust. Get the right people involved at the right time in order to bring the best outcomes
  • Organized and with a strong time management skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Experience with cold calling and prospecting
  • Self-motivated, persistence and result oriented
  • Prior lead generation and/or sales prospecting experience is a plus
  • Flexibility – we’re a small company that moves and reacts fast
  • SDR education and experience – an advantage
