Datricks is looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow revenue. This role collaborates closely with sales functions to identify, engage, qualify, and set up new business meetings with our ideal target audience.
We are looking for someone to generate the flow of qualified leads.
The ideal candidate will:
- Become an expert at using lead generation tools and techniques to generate lists of target prospect accounts
- Qualify prospects based on their current business challenges and needs using targeted and relevant questions
- Design and execute outbound campaigns using a variety of methods including calls, voice messages, emails, InMail, and Vidyards, to generate interest from our prospects
- Schedule discovery calls for sales managers to achieve meeting & closed won KPIs
- Implement sales development methodology to manage the outreach process
- Exceed qualified lead/demos quota every month
- Strive to continuously improve sales development processes and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices
- Represent our company values, brand and mission

Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience with these domains: ERP Systems ( SAP / NetSuite), Financial Systems as a business analyst or implementer

- Technical experience in previous roles
- Proficient in SQL / Python
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional teams
