DACH Sales Director
Sales | Germany / RemoteJoin us at Datricks as a DACH Sales Director and help drive our continued growth in the region.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales cycles and selling Datricks’ product to the Office of the CFO in large enterprises across the DACH region.
We’re looking for a seasoned sales professional who knows how to navigate complex organizations, identify the right champions, and close deals as an individual contributor, as well as working as part of a team in the region.
This role will take part in a growing regional team and offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, delivery, and marketing.
About The Role
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a focus on large enterprise accounts (>€1B) in the DACH region.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Drive new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline, particularly within finance and internal audit functions.
- Sell directly to senior finance stakeholders – primarily within the Office of the CFO – clearly articulating the business value of Datricks’ solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align product capabilities with customer needs and ensure a smooth post-sale transition.
- Represent Datricks at relevant industry events, conferences, and partner engagements in the region.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities and high expectations for ownership and initiative.
Your Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success selling B2B SaaS products (not services).
- Demonstrated success selling to finance executives – experience positioning solutions to the Office of the CFO is essential.
- Solid understanding of internal audit, risk, or compliance functions and the ability to engage credibly with relevant stakeholders.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and value-driven selling skills.
- Familiarity with the SAP ecosystem is a plus.
- Native-level German and fluent English.
- Comfortable working in a startup setting: adaptable, independent, proactive, and self-driven.
