As a SAP FI expert , you’ll be the trusted advisor for our enterprise customers, guiding them in adopting and expanding Datricks to achieve measurable business impact.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders in Finance, Audit, and Compliance functions, helping them realize value at scale.
About The Role
- Map and analyse complex SAP-driven processes (O2C, P2P, R2R etc.).

Guide customers in leveraging Datricks’ process intelligence platform to:
- Detect risks, compliance gaps, and inefficiencies.
- Monitor process performance through automated insights and alerts.
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with enterprise customers across audit, internal controls, finance transformation, and compliance functions.
- Lead onboarding and enablement, ensuring enterprise teams move quickly from implementation to measurable value creation.
- Provide clear product training and guidance during onboarding and ongoing engagements, ensuring both end-users and executives feel confident using Datricks.
- Provide best practices for audit readiness, continuous monitoring, and control automation.
- Act as a customer advocate by channelling feedback into Product and R&D to influence roadmap priorities.
- Work closely with our Data team to deliver maximum value and insights.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify expansion opportunities by demonstrating business value and ROI to enterprise customers.
Your Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in SAP FI implementations – financial modules.
- Background in auditing, internal controls, or compliance – a strong plus.
- Previous experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management with enterprise B2B customers.
- Deep understanding of business process management, risk management, or process mining.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders (CFOs, Chief Auditors, Heads of Internal Control).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
